- Products can be returned within 30 days since the date of purchase.
- If you exceed the 30-day policy, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Products must be unused, sealed in the original packaging and have the same condition as delivered.
All sale items are final. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Please provide original receipts or proof of purchase to be eligible for returns.

Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will send you a notification confirming whether we can give you the full refund. Your refund will be processed once your items pass the inspection. Credits will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 2 to 30 business days for the refund to be posted on your account.
A partial refund will be given if any returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. A partial refund may also be issued if an item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund hasn’t been posted, please check your bank account again. It may take anywhere from 2 to 30 business for your credits to be posted on your account. You should contact your credit card company and your bank regarding the processing time. If you’ve done the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
