The product was recommended to me by my urologist. I had previously been taking a liquid form potassium citrate that was becoming difficult to obtain. The urologist decided I no longer needed potassium, but suggested I try the Moonstone product due to my continuing problem of kidney stones. I chose the cranberry raspberry flavor, which is good tasting and easy to prepare and use.

All flavors are so tasty. I drink more water because the flavors— all of them— are delicious. I prefer the 30 day supply of bulk powder, but it’s not always available. I also use the capsules at night. I haven’t had problems with stones in the 7 years I’ve been taking it!
