Melanie Betz - The Kidney Dietitian

Melanie Betz, MS, RD, CSR, CSG, is a Registered Dietitian with a specialization in kidney stones. She is the founder of The Kidney Dietitian, an online platform that provides clear, evidence-based information about kidney stones and disease. Furthermore, Melanie has conducted research published in peer-reviewed journals, focusing on patient knowledge and adherence to renal diets, plant-based diets in kidney disease, in addition to the role of nutrition in kidney stone prevention.

With over a decade of experience, Melanie decided to make a difference in the world of kidney stone prevention. The Kidney Dietitian was born, offering individualized, science-based guidance through Kidney Stone Nutrition School and comprehensive training for registered dietitians.
